It's been over two years since I last posted. Sometimes you need a break. It's not like i've ignored my Wacom, I've created some interesting work. Now though I need to get back into it.
Expect to see a fair bit of work from me. My Gallery will be overhauled too. Some of the work there requires a re-visit at least.
I can't quite figure out how to post my images properly. I'm linking to Photobucket at the moment
but the thumbnail in the list isn't showing, just a squiggle. If anyone can give me advice I'd welcome it, cheers.
Aha! You have to submit entry to get your images to show properly. Now I know

I've not been much of a visitor to CG Society and the quantity of my gallery additions has been limited. This is because I'm learning my craft and much of my work isn't up to the standard I want to acheive. However this work can be counted as a series of valuable stepping stones in my goal for artistic excellence.
Expect more from me, and soon.

It's been a while. I have been very busy, however. Over at ImagineFX they have a Collaborative Daily Sketch Challenge, where you have to sketch or work on a piece of artwork, every single day. Trust me this is not easy. Then again it's not as hard as I thought either. As an artist I feel I've improved tremendously by participating. It was this challenge where I conjured my vampiress character, Madgenta. If you're kind enough to look at my portfolio, expect to see her quite a lot.

Oh deary me. How wrong can one be! I thought my Medusa was sooo good when I finished it, the only problem was I hadn't, and it wasn't. I don't think I could see the wood for the trees, so to speak, or more appropriately, the snakes. She crashed and burned in the Ancient Greece challenge and despite a few folk liking her she got a right caning in the 2D gallery here, star wise. Oh well, back to the drawing board. One day I may add colour, but I'm probably better learning my lesson and moving on.
